I thrive in Functional Servicing Reports (FSR’s), Rezoning and Site Plan Control applications, Class Environmental Assessments (Class EA’s), preliminary and detailed design of municipal infrastructure and site services, grading/drainage & stormwater management, construction tenders, servicing agreements, utility relocation coordination, public consultation, municipal and regulatory agency approvals and permits, project scheduling and cost control, contract administration and dispute resolution.
